Reporting on Work,Demonstrating Responsibility,and Promoting Practical Action through Evaluation-The Group Held the 2025 Annual Meeting for Reporting on the Work of Party Organization Secretaries in Strengthening Grassroots Party Building and Evaluating Their Performance
On February 13th,the group held the 2025 annual meeting for the assessment and evaluation of the work of grassroots party building by the party organization secretary.Su Dan,the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group,presided over the meeting and made a comment.More than 50 people,including leaders of the Group and representatives of Party members and cadres from various Party branches,attended the meeting.
The 18 grassroots party organization secretaries affiliated to the group focused on the party building work in 2025,reporting on their performance,existing problems,and improvement ideas.The secretaries of each party branch comprehensively summarized their work,displayed highlights,analyzed shortcomings,and systematically planned the work direction for 2026,demonstrating their firm determination to continuously improve the quality of party building work.Su Dan,the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group,listened carefully to the reports and commented on each one.While affirming the achievements of each branch,he accurately pointed out weak links and put forward targeted improvement requirements.The participants conducted democratic appraisal of the performance of each branch secretary based on the content of the reports and their daily understanding.
The meeting pointed out that over the past year,the party building work of each party branch within the group has shown a good trend of steady progress and continuous improvement.The fighting role of party branches and the exemplary role of party members have been effectively utilized,effectively resolving some difficult issues and providing strong support for the successful completion of the group's operational indicators.In response to the problems identified in this work report,each party branch should enhance their political awareness,draw inferences about other cases from one instance,address both the symptoms and root causes,and ensure that all problems are thoroughly and effectively resolved without any recurrence.
The meeting emphasized three key points:First,strengthen political leadership and build a solid ideological foundation.We must persist in prioritizing the political construction of the Party,continuously consolidate the achievements of learning and education,guide Party members and cadres to lay a solid foundation of faith,steer the helm of thought,and consciously integrate the guidance of Party building into all aspects of road and bridge construction,ensuring that the direction and focus of grassroots Party building work remain undeviating.Second,focus on primary responsibilities and core businesses,deepen integration and empowerment.We must persist in prioritizing the political construction of the Party,continuously consolidate the achievements of learning and education,guide Party members and cadres to lay a solid foundation of faith,steer the helm of thought,and consciously integrate the guidance of Party building into all aspects of road and bridge construction,ensuring that the direction and focus of grassroots Party building work remain undeviating.Third,consolidate grassroots foundations and improve working mechanisms.We must continuously strengthen the standardized and normalized construction of Party branches,strictly implement basic systems such as"Three Meetings and One Lesson"and organizational life meetings,and constantly consolidate the organizational foundation.We must strengthen the education and management of Party members,standardize development procedures,effectively leverage the exemplary role of Party members,and provide solid support for the high-quality development of Party building work.
The year 2026 marks the beginning of the"15th Five-Year Plan"and is a crucial year for the group's development,serving as a link between the past and the future.All party branches must remain focused on their goals,concentrate on their work,and ensure the solid implementation of all tasks.At the same time,they should plan well for key tasks in 2026,make good strategic moves,and continuously promote the quality and efficiency of the group's grassroots party building work with a full spirit and a solid work style,striving to create a new situation of high-quality development for the group!
