Empowering Newcomers and Training Elite Soldiers-The Group's Discipline Inspection Commission Organizes Pre-job Training for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Personnel
In accordance with the requirements of the"Notice on Internal Selection of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Personnel"issued by the Party Committee of the Group,the first batch of discipline inspection and supervision personnel was determined after a comprehensive evaluation,including registration,written examination,and interview.To enhance the political quality and professional competence of the discipline inspection and supervision personnel,the Group's Discipline Inspection Commission organized a pre-job training for discipline inspection and supervision personnel from March 25th to 26th.Ma Zhaoyang,Secretary of the Group's Discipline Inspection Commission,attended the opening ceremony,while Zhang Zhen,Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Municipal Transportation Construction Group,attended the symposium and delivered a speech.
This training closely focused on the practical aspects of discipline inspection and supervision work,adopting a teaching mode of"specialized lectures+warning education+exchange and discussion".The group collectively exchanged and discussed the Central Eight Provisions and its implementation rules,and invited expert teachers to lecture on party discipline regulations such as the"Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China","Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions for Public Officials",and"Regulations on Sanctions for Managers of State-owned Enterprises".Based on practical work and actual combat,the discipline inspection and supervision department explained the duties of discipline inspection and supervision.During the training,the discipline inspection and supervision work discipline was publicized and implemented,and warning educational films were arranged for viewing,further strengthening the awareness of discipline and rules among discipline inspection and supervision cadres.
