On February 7th,the Party Committee of the Group organized a theoretical study center group meeting to thoroughly study the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the special seminar for provincial and ministerial-level leading cadres to study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Su Dan,the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group,presided over the meeting,and members of the Party Committee attended.
The meeting pointed out that the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of the special seminar for principal leaders at the provincial and ministerial level profoundly expounded on the significant importance of studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.It emphasized the need to comprehensively,profoundly,and accurately grasp the core essence of the strategic deployment during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period from a global perspective.The group should deeply understand the direction of industrial upgrading towards"intelligence,greenification,and integration",focus on the main business of transportation infrastructure construction,accelerate the promotion of digital technology empowering traditional construction techniques,actively participate in the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system,and assist in the implementation of the coordinated development strategy for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At the same time,it is necessary to develop new productive forces according to local conditions to lay the foundation for high-quality development during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.
The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to transform learning achievements into practical actions.Firstly,we must make breakthroughs in industrial upgrading,closely adhere to the requirements of"new quality productivity",build low-carbon demonstration projects,and strengthen industrial chain collaboration.Secondly,we should take on responsibilities in serving the overall situation,deeply integrate into regional development,actively undertake transportation hub node projects in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,participate in the construction of modern infrastructure networks,and enhance the level of regional interconnectivity.Thirdly,we must establish a bottom line in risk prevention and control,coordinate development and safety,strictly control project quality,safety production,investment decision-making,and integrity risks,and deepen the anti-corruption struggle.Leading cadres should go deep into the front line of projects to solve problems and ensure the efficient implementation of strategic tasks with a"zero tolerance"attitude.
